Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Holiday Shipping & Customer support policy

During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal.

We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays.

Taxes and duties

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties ,which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed including Swedish VAT where it is applicable and exclusive of all other taxes and duties.  We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.

Free shipping

NAND offers free standard delivery on orders above € 300.  Please note that free shipping automatically will be applied to your order at checkout.

Credit card

All Credit Card payments are processed and protected by the online banking system provided by PayEx, that accepts Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. 

Credit card security

NAND clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security as all transactions are processed by Stripe. We recommend our clients to apply for e-commerce security pin codes provided by SSL-3D Secure, SecureCode by MasterCard.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Please note that we have a 14 days return policy. Before returning any order, please make sure to contact us. The items must be returned in original packaging with all labels.

The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. Footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition. The shoebox can not be used as packaging material, it must be placed in another bag or box. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product.

Please return the goods by any secure transport to ensure they are protected and insured during transit.

Exchange

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.nand-sthlm.com. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.

Sale

Our policy above applies during the sales period with the exception that NAND will not allow exchanges. 

Complaints

If you wish to address any complaints regarding the quality of your product or if the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact shop@nand-sthlm.com. We aim to help you as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as you find any defects, so that we can help you.

In such case please provide us with the following details:

  • your order number;
  • the product code/product name;
  • details of the defect; and
  •  if you want a refund or replacement.
